Relationships are hard work and don’t come with an instruction manual. When our relationships aren’t going well, we hurt inside. You may be wondering how you got to this point. You are probably frustrated because you don’t know how things between you and your partner fell apart. You are using sarcastic one liners and passive aggressive language to convey how you are feeling, but aren’t using the words to express how you are truly feeling. This increases the distance between you and your partner.
What if you could take a step back, slow down the conversation and speak the truths that are underneath your comments and comebacks? We offer a neutral, non-judgmental environment encouraging couples to openly communicate feelings and thoughts and understand the other’s perspective.
